So, I've been struggling with my weight loss the past couple months. I did really, really well up until The Holidays, and then I stopped doing so well. Now I'm to the point where I kinda don't care, and this is the time when I really need to step it up. I still attend my Weight Watchers meetings, and I still weigh in every week, but I can't TELL you the last time I tracked anything. Which is ridiculous because I can do it straight from my phone, and I have that with me at all times!
The number on the scale keeps going up, which is the completely wrong direction. So. I'm back on the wagon. I weigh in on Saturday, so that will be my "start date" for this new, re-vamped, re-energized path. Well, really, it's the same path, but I'm trying to get excited about it like I was when I first started.
Right after I finish this Cadbury Creme Egg...
